Imagination and description of designs for the improvement of this important route over water linking the port of Amsterdam, Emden and the Scandinavian seaports. The master plan contents design for bridges, a nautical program, prototypes of bridges, landscape plans, local expeditions for working, living, recreation area’s, and nature, investment prognoses and proposals for project organization.
